Customers, please note:
One Source Batteries (One Source) may cancel a Order at any time without penalty or other liability if One Source determines in its sole discretion that it is unable to meet the requirements of the Order.

Customer Cancellations
For all Online, Verbal (phone orders), Email and Purchase Orders submitted to One Source Batteries.
The process to cancel your order requires that you must speak directly to a One Source customer support representative within 24 hours of placing your order.
For orders placed after Friday at 12:00pm (Eastern Time) or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and Holiday's, you must contact us no later than 12:00pm (Eastern Time) on the following business day.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
